• Post vacancies (for Financial Services Providers)
• Access information about RE5/RE1 training and career support

2. Recruitment Services

RE5 Recruitment assists Financial Services Providers (FSPs) in sourcing and screening candidates for roles within the FAIS-regulated sector. While we aim to provide qualified and verified candidates, the final hiring decision remains with the FSP.

We do not guarantee job placement for any candidate.

3. Candidate Information

Job seekers are responsible for ensuring that all information submitted (including CVs, certificates, and personal details) is accurate and up to date.

RE5 Recruitment may verify regulatory information, such as RE5/RE1 status and DOFA dates, where required.

4. Privacy and POPIA Compliance

We respect your privacy. All personal information is collected, processed, and stored in accordance with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA). By using our site or services, you consent to the collection and use of your information for recruitment and training purposes.

5. Training Support

RE5 Recruitment offers access to RE5 and RE1 exam preparation through RE5 Online. While we provide a 100% pass guarantee on certain workshops and webinars, this is conditional on full participation and compliance with all study requirements.

6. Payments and Refunds

Payments for CV writing, LinkedIn optimisation, training, or other services are required upfront. Refunds are only issued in accordance with the specific terms outlined per product or service and are not guaranteed.

7. Limitation of Liability

RE5 Recruitment will not be held liable for:

• Any loss of employment, income, or opportunity arising from the use of our site or services
• The actions or decisions of employers or job seekers using the platform
